Terms and Conditions

Monvarentino offers financing solutions for companies: working capital, expansion, equipment, and credit lines. Amounts from $50K to $5M MXN.

To qualify you must: have legally established company, minimum 1 year operating, annual income from $500K MXN, and acceptable credit history.

Applications evaluated in 24-48 hours. Approval subject to information verification and credit analysis. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications.

Rates from 12% annual based on credit profile. Opening fee: 0-3%. No prepayment penalty. All fees transparent from offer.

Client must: provide truthful information, make timely payments, notify changes in financial situation, use funds for declared purposes.

Default may result in: late interest, credit bureau reporting, legal collection actions. Contact our team if you have payment difficulties.

We may modify terms with 30 days prior notice. Changes do not apply to already granted credits.

These terms are governed by Mexican laws. Disputes resolved in Mexico City courts.

Some products may require personal guarantees or endorsements. Mortgage guarantees are not mandatory but can improve your credit conditions.

For financing over $1M MXN, life insurance may be required. Insurance cost is included in the CAT and will be specified in your offer.

You can settle your credit early without penalties. Interest savings will be calculated and applied automatically.

Monvarentino may assign or transfer your credit to third parties. You will be notified of any assignment at least 15 days in advance.

Monvarentino is not responsible for non-compliance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, drastic regulatory changes).

These terms are available in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

If any clause is declared invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force.

These terms, along with your specific credit contract, constitute the complete agreement between you and Monvarentino.
